I am deeply, deeply grateful to my teacher, Vidya Heizel, the creatrix of Envision Yoga, through which I became a certified yoga teacher. And for good reason, because from the very first time I practiced it, and every time since, I have experienced an amazing sense of empowerment.
Now, the realization of Earth is so deeply aligned with the urge and awakening that is happening.
And so, I feel that I have taken Envision Yoga further into Awakened Earth Yoga.
I have been remembering and invoking our connection, and my own connection, with Gaia. She is my greatest and highest Guide. For me, She is the greatest Master, supporting us more than any other master ever has. And we are also helping Her, so that we may all ascend together!!!
Gaia is the holiest, most powerful, most beautiful, most meaningful, most important, most immediate, and most present of all. And if I call upon any sacred spirit, it is Gaia. She who is us all. She who feels us all. She who has the final word in our existence.
Knowing that the nightmare will end, I lay down my fears and worries.
In the divine joy, peace, and love that uplift my heart each time I remember this future, I offer this work.
In our sacred oneness, I recognize and acknowledge humanity as part of Earth.
And in this oneness, my prayer becomes a transmission from us in the future — the future of our true hearts.
With the hope that others and I may tap ever more deeply into this reality, we move heart-forward: brave, strong, focused, resilient, and determined to live and embody a life that anchors ever more deeply our glorious, ascending divinity.
As Marika said: realizing that we are so much more powerful than we imagine, that our light can reach even beyond the stars.
Because of Earth. With Earth. For Earth.
